Retirement
Beautifully located first floor retirement apartment in
Virginia Beeches. With its own entrance and atrium, a most
imposing property set in lovely parkland, complete with
garage, heating and balcony. Probably the nicest location
of any - right at the end and not overlooked. Rather good
order, too.
Virginia Water is without doubt one of the most desirable
residential locations. We are blessed with several notable
attractions and some beautiful countryside nearby.
It is convenient, too. Heathrow within a few minutes drive,
The Motorway network easily reached with the M3, M4, M25
being just a few miles away.
Recreational facilities abound. Wentworth along the road,
Foxhills and Sunningdale not much further; racing at Windsor
and Ascot - even Polo at Windsor Great Park.
Windsor Great Park, Virginia Water and Savill Gardens are
nearby, of course. Wisley's just up the M25 and Chobham
Common is just along the road.
Shopping is exceptional with some excellent local shops
on Trumpsgreen Road and near the station - there's a first
rate train service to Waterloo and Reading - even Guildford.
But other shopping is unbeatable, too: Staines, Sunningdale,
Addlestone and Chertsey, Egham and Englefield Green all
within five minutes drive and for the other superstores
there's Weybridge and Camberley.
You'll love living in our village!

THE GROUNDS of Virginia Beeches
are renowned for their high standards and beauty. The apartments
sit in what can only be described as a private park, with
orchard, glades, sweeping lawns and a beautiful "Valley
Garden" through the middle of the development. The
gardener is, of course, highly regarded by all but because
the management has been so well handled over the years,
maintenance charges are lower than in just about any comparable
retirement properties in the South.
AGE RESTRICTION: When purchasing
a flat at Virginia Beeches, at least one owner/occupier
must be aged fifty five or over.
OTHER FACILITIES: Within the
complex is a most useful community hall with all the usual
facilities, which can be booked by residents for private
and community functions. You can see it from the balcony
- just a hundred yards or so. There is also a guests
suite where occasional visitors can stay when visiting.
This is available by advance booking and a small levy is
charged, currently about £10:00p per night.
