INTRODUCTION of TENANT 8.5%
8.5%* of the first year’ rent and 6% of the total rental thereafter. Our fees will be payable upon signature of a Tenancy Agreement or Licence - and subsequently annually in advance. Premium lease charges are for the whole period at 8.5% (unmanaged)

TENANT and RENT COLLECTION 11%
The Landlord is responsible for the payment of any ground rent and service charges, etc. The Tenant will pay direct for Council Tax, electricity, gas, water, telephone, etc. RICHARD STUBBS LETTINGS will provide a monthly statement together with the payment due to the Landlord.

FULL MANAGEMENT 13.5%
We will find a tenant, collect the rent and also pay ground rents, service charges, insurance premiums etc. on your behalf. We will account to you on the statement and arrange cost-effective repairs to appliances etc. if required.
