About us....
The firm of Richard Stubbs was formed in 1989. After twenty five years in the business it was time to do it properly so Richard bought premises in Trumpsgreen Road and installed a state-of-the-art computer system. The market took a dive almost straight away that year but the firm not only survived, but came out of it stronger.

We'd done Sales, Rentals, Management and Estate Management since day one, so we had a viable, balanced business within two years. What's more, the reputation Richard had gained whilst working in Egham (straight answers - good advice) spread into Virginia Water as the business grew. And when we got the technology sorted, Frarnie joined us to do some book-keeping and keep the men in order. She soon found she also liked sales and lettings, so she does that too.

In 2006 we dropped Estate Management to concentrate on our core activities - Sales and Lettings - both of which are set to expand nicely.
Allan Howland is managing the office and now we have dedicated lettings staff to see that we run smoothly as we expand that side. Lisa Murray on sales Admin and Sandy Howland on Lettings Administration. A truly exceptional team of experienced and utterly professional staff.

If you're looking to buy, you'll find us unique. We won't pressurise you into making an offer and we won't sell you a mortgage or insurance policy you don't need, but we WILL get your sale or purchase through with the minimum of fuss. That's why we have a very low fall-through rate - most of our sales go through quite smoothly.

If you are selling, we won't pester you, or overprice your house to get instructions, or send round useless applicants just to keep the viewing rates up.
