Its a requirement that every pre-owned property offered for sale in the UK shall have an Energy Performance Certificate.
We can arrange this - we can get you the EPC and some very useful layout drawings for about £70 all in.
Buyers like layout drawings - even though they rarely bother to look at the EPC.
