We will let you have details (via our Website alerts) within minutes of a property going 'Live' 

We will provide you with all the background information you might need to make an educated choice of property.

We will accompany you whenever possible on your viewings and arrive on time, with details (and the keys).

We will put any offers you make to the vendor without delay and without fail - we do not have favoured clients.

When we have agreed a sale for you we will regularly check progress and report to you how its all going.

We will continue to keep you informed right up to exchange of contracts and completion.

We can even help with recommendations for other services,   but only if you ask... 

BUT

We do not have an Insurance salesman or Mortgage Broker waiting to 'Qualify' you and sell you something eXtra.  So no embarrassment here.

We won't hound you about properties you've already turned down or pressurise you into viewing houses - just to keep our figures up!

We won't 'phone you in the middle of dinner to 'touch base' or try to sell you a mortgage.  (Again).
