We have this powerful Web-site from which we can contact prospective tenants - and they can contact us 24/7.  We also use local papers and also advertise on several portals including the Brand Leader, Rightmove; also PropertyLive, Globrix and others - but Rightmove's the market leader. We have particularly good contacts with Relocation agents, local schools and employers who regularly provide excellent leads; we can probably find your tenant quite quickly.
            
For your complete protection we are licensed both by ARLA and the NAEA, we're members of The Ombudsman Scheme for Estate and Letting Agents and we're approved by the Office of Fair Trading.  We're a safe pair of hands!
