The firm of Richard Stubbs was formed in 1989 when Richard bought the premises in Trumpsgreen Road.  Richard had already achieved success in local Estate Agency becoming a Director of a large professional firm and a Fellow of the National Association; but it was a bit too impersonal.

Having taken the plunge, we were successful from day one.  What's more, our reputation for straight advice and successful transactions continued to grow.  In 2006 we engaged a dedicated lettings management team who see that we run smoothly and expand that side.  In 2011 we achieved Licensed status.

If you're looking to buy, you'll find us unique. We won't pressurise you into making an offer and we won't sell you a mortgage or insurance policy you don't need, but we WILL get your sale or purchase through with the minimum of fuss. Its what we do.
